Day One...

Hello everyone and thanks for reading another article on my blog!

So there i was, calling the blizzard support line because my creditcard was locked for my last payment. After trying to get into the queue for 1,5 hours, i got into the waiting queue and 20 minutes later i was talking to John, a friendly GM wich appeard to like multiboxing aswell.

He asked me questions howmany accounts i was playing, if i was horde or alliance and on wich realm i was playing. I dont know if those questions were questions he needed for information or that he just was interested. After a while he talked to the payment department, and they got my creditcard fixed, and i didn't had to send all information (Copy of ID, account name, authentication key etc.) again.

So i logged in and noticed i had to merge my accounts to a battle.net account before i could login. Merging my accounts went smooth and quick, so no problems there so far.

The drama started...

After logging in ( i already downloaded all the add-ons i wanted the day before and made profiles ) i had to configure everything. It took me 2 hours to get started. So when everything was configuered to my dream UI, i decided to go for a DTK Heroic. I got a friendly tank with 33k HP in 5 minutes and the beginning went really smooth. We killed the first boss but on the raptor boss we wiped because i was playing with the normal blizzard party frame, and i could barely see his hp.

He left the party and i downloaded AG_Unitframes. I went back in the game and guess what? WoW fatal error. I closed all my games and logged back in but... my whole UI was back to normal how it looked when i just logged in. All my macro's weren't saved, all my profiles weren't saved. So i started to rage and went into my saved variables and applied the profile of my main character to all my clones.

So 30 minutes later i logged out and back in to save all my saved variables. I wanted to do another heroic or do some PvP but i noticed it was time for bed.

Tomorow (today, friday) is going to be my first real start. I got everything configured now for all my toons, but i think i will reinstall my computer and clean the inside to remove all dust, because i noticed it was slow while i was multiboxing.

First of all, welcome on my Blog! I hope you will enjoy your stay =)

My name is Steven and im 17 years old, i will be 18 in July. My hobbies are baseball, gaming, chillin. I have a girfriend named Alexandra, she's 17 aswell. I am currently on a dutch computerschool, but im going to follow a different eduction.

Gaming carreer: I am a retired multiboxer, i have been multiboxing since the release of The Burning Crusade. I started out with dual-boxing two dreanei shamans. I really enjoyed dual-boxing but i wanted more firepower, and 2 months later i got myself decked out with 5 accounts. My first multiboxing team were:
1 Protection Paladin
4 Elemental Shaman
on the realm Jaedenar EU.

I managed to clear most heroics and i even got 1850 arena rating with my arena team on TBC, and 1750 on WotLK. My plan is now to gear up 4 of my shamans and prepare for Cataclysm. I have made a realm-transfer to Grim'Batol, simply because i know a lot of other multiboxers on that realm, and they are really nice people to play with =)

Our multiboxing guild on Cataclysm is named: Gimp. We are preparing for Cataclysm (rated BGs, guild leveling system, new heroics and more cool things!) but for now were still active in battlegrounds and arena.

I use one computer to play 5 of my accounts, i use two 21 inch screens. My computer spec:

8 GB Ram
G15 Logitech Gaming Keyboard
H5V2 Gaming Headset of Steelseries
Razer Gaming Mouse

Ingame i don't use many addons. The addons that i currently use are:
Jamba (Multiboxing add-on)
Bartender4 (actionbar mod)
Move-Anything (move anything in your UI)
Quartz (Player Cast Bar)
Gladius (arena unitframes)
Questhelper (speaks for itself =))
Super Duper Macro (easyer making macro's / streaming macro's to other characters)
Elkano's Buff Bars (better looking buff/debuff bars)
Jim's Cooldown Plus (icon of spell/ability comes in screen once its cooled off)
Scrolling Combat Text (more fancy combat text)
